The Department of Applied Psychology at Cardiff Metropolitan University is a lively and stimulating centre for applied research and training. There are currently four programmes:
- Foundation in Social Sciences
- BSc(Hons) Psychology
- MSc Forensic Psychology
- MSc Health Psychology
We also run a number of continuing professional development courses and a programme in applied health and forensic practice. Please see more information under the ‘Programmes’ page.
There are 25 members of academic staff, supported by technical and adminstration staff. We have a lively postgraduate community with research including the experience of young fathers, teenage pregnancy, motivation of offenders and eating disorders.
